BBG Global Limited Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period
The Vitality Plus ("Product") is protected by a Twelve (12) Month Limited Warranty (the "Warranty Period") commencing from the original date of
purchase.
2. Product Registration Requirement
To activate and validate the Limited Warranty, the Product Owner is required to register and pair the device with an account created via the official
Vitality Plus App (available on the Android and iOS App Stores) within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Failure to complete this
registration and pairing process within the stipulated 14-day window will void the Limited Warranty.
3. Scope of Coverage
This Limited Warranty exclusively covers standard manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty
Period.
4. BBG Global's Sole Remedy
During the Warranty Period, BBG Global’s sole responsibility under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at BBG Global's sole
option, of any defective component part or the entire Product. Repaired or replacement Products may be new or reconditioned and are warranted
for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.
5. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the Product Owner must follow these steps:
1.
Initial Submission: Contact BBG Global Support by sending an email to support@bbgvitality.vip.
2.
Required Documentation: The claim email must include the following mandatory attachments and information:
• A copy of the official receipt of purchase.
• High-resolution pictures or clear photographic evidence of the damage. The damage must be clearly and unambiguously shown in the
provided images to facilitate assessment.
• A detailed description of the defect or issue.
3.
Approval and Delivery: The Product Owner must receive an official email approval for the warranty claim submission from the BBG Global
Support division before proceeding. The physical delivery of the warranty claim Product to BBG Global for repair or replacement must only occur
after receiving this official written approval. The Product Owner is responsible for all costs associated with returning the defective Product to BBG
Global. Shipping instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a list of recommended courier companies for
delivery proof, will be provided in the approval email. The Product Owner must use one of the recommended courier companies and retain
verifiable delivery proof.
6. Exclusions and Limitations (What is NOT Covered)
This Limited Warranty does not cover, and BBG Global will not provide service for, issues arising from:
1.
A. Misuse and Negligence
• Damage caused by negligent or inappropriate handling, misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.

B. Liquid Damage and Environmental Factors
The BBG Vitality Plus Ring/ Wearable is rated as Dust and Water-Resistant (IP68 rating), which does not mean the device is waterproof. Service
for liquid damage is explicitly not covered by the BBG Global one-year Limited Warranty or any BBG Vitality Plus extended Protection Plan.
Liquid damage exclusions include, but are not limited to, damage caused by, Submitting the device to improper pressure. Submersion of the
device in water for thirty (30) minutes or more. Submersion in water at a depth greater than or equal to 1.5 metres. Exposure to high-velocity
water (e.g., water sports, scuba diving). Exposure to detergents, soaps, or chemical solvents.
If liquid damage is determined to be the cause of the device failure, the warranty will be void.
7. Disclaimer
BBG Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product. Furthermore, this Limited
Warranty policy specifically excludes and does not cover any claim or liability related to, or allegedly resulting from, bodily injury, adverse health
conditions, or death arising from the use or misuse of the BBG Vitality Plus Ring/ Wearable. The device is intended solely for general wellness and
fitness tracking purposes.
