Welcome to the BBG Vitality online store. These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through this website and outline our policies regarding payment, delivery, and refunds. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as our Service Delivery Policy, Warranty Policy, and Privacy Policy. 1. Order Acceptance and Payment 1.1 Acceptance All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by BBG Global (hereinafter referred to as "BBG"). Order confirmation via email does not signify our final acceptance; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability or errors in product description or pricing. 1.2 Refund Policy BBG Global offers a fourteen (14) day refund period starting from the date the Product is delivered. To initiate a refund request, the customer must first contact BBG Global Support via email (support@bbgvitality.vip) within the 14-day period. Our customer service team will reply with the official send-in procedure and Return Authorization (RA) number. The product must Not be shipped back without receiving prior official approval and instructions. To be eligible for a refund, the customer must meet the following stringent conditions: 1. Product Condition: The Product must be returned in "as new" condition. Specifically, the product must be free of any functional damage, scratches, or dents, and must be in full working condition upon inspection by BBG. Evidence of excessive use or non-factory appearance may void the refund eligibility. 2. Completeness: The returned package must be repacked with all the accessories and documentation that were originally included when the customer received it, including the charging box. 3. Shipping & Proof: Following official approval, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. The customer must use an authorized courier company (details provided upon return approval) and provide attached delivery tracking sheets from that courier company. 4. Inspection and Approval: Upon receipt, BBG will conduct a thorough inspection of the product and its completeness. This process may take up to four (4) weeks for final refund approval. A refund will only be processed if the product meets all the stated conditions and the return process was properly followed. 5. Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original method of payment (subject to Section 1.3) and may be subject to deduction of original shipping costs. 1.3 Third-Party Payment Gateway Liability Any potential eligibility for a refund, cancellation, or chargeback will be determined solely by the policies of the third-party payment gateway used to process the transaction. The customer acknowledges that BBG is not liable for, nor bound by, any independent refund policies or decisions made by the third-party payment processor. Customers are advised to review the terms of their chosen payment method prior to purchase. 2. Shipping and Delivery 2.1 Standard Delivery Estimate and Tracking Delivery of the Product usually takes three (3) business days from the date of order confirmation. This timeframe is an estimated guideline and is not a guaranteed delivery date. A delivery tracking sheet will be sent to the customer via email upon successful confirmation of the order. 2.2 Seasonal and Force Majeure Delays Delivery times may be subject to significant variation due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, and peak seasonal demand periods (such as but not limited to the Christmas holiday season). 2.3 Exclusion of Liability for Late Delivery BBG shall not be held liable or responsible for any delays in delivery. The customer acknowledges that such delays, particularly during seasonal periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the customer to a refund, cancellation of the order, or any form of compensation. 2.4 Risk of Loss Risk of loss and title for items purchased from BBG remains with the carrier company engaged by BBG until the Product is successfully delivered to the customer at the designated delivery address. Customers are advised to inspect packages upon arrival. 3. General Terms 3.1 Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 3.2 Severability If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
